But in the small suburban town of Osasco, bad service and high phone bills drove debt and families into disarray. Also fights for who gets to use the phone, on top of few sources made it hard to keep up with the latest releases. Some resorted to crooked softwarehouses and jacked up prices. Despair befell many.
